Hovander Homestead Park Picnic Bike Ride: May 12

Date: Sunday, May 12, 2019

Time: 10:00am - 2:30pm

Meeting Location: Cafe Velo

Fun & Food! Bikers will gain confidence and experience getting out of town on a bicycle. Our destination: to be decided. Plan to picnic together with  tastes and lunch before making our way back to Downtown Bellingham.

Feel nervous about biking with a new group, going to a new location, what you're going to bring for lunch.... anything at all? Shifting Gears groups are easy-going, supportive, fun and in it for the sake of adventuring together as Womxn. We've got your back and we're here to help you problem solve or calm any pre-trip jitters. On the day of the trip, you'll set the pace and we'll take lots of breaks along the way. Beginners - this ride is for you!
